Wuxi China Clay Figurines Museum
Wuxi China Clay Figurines Museum is located in ancient Huishan town. It is a museum mainly on the exhibition theme of clay figurine crafts. Its architectural outline was designed by the famous Japanese architect Kuma Kawai.
As the theme museum in the highest grade with the most complete exhibits in the clay figurine industry in China till now, the museum consists of more than ten parts including Prologue Hall, Huishan Clay Figurines Exhibition Hall, exhibition halls of various clay figurine schools in China, exhibition halls of world clay figurine culture and clay figurine studio, exhibiting nearly 5,000 most representative figurine works from all over China. At the same time, China Clay Figurines Museum also shows the designing and making processes of clay figurines on site.
